KUER 90.1 presents The Moth live on stage. The internationally acclaimed organization dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling is making its Salt Lake City debut on Tuesday, May 30th at Kingsbury Hall.

KUER and United Way of Salt Lake have partnered for a three-part speaker series, featuring NPR national reporters and local community members to examine and understand the complex issues that divide us as a country and as a community--racism, bigotry, poverty, and more. 

Join us, along with Kelly McEvers, co-host of NPR's All Things Considered, Thursday, June 15th at SLCC's Grand Theatre for our first event of the series.

KUER is hosting our second event with the Young Friends of KUER: a group of young professionals, students and twenty- and thirtysomethings who are avid public radio listeners and want to interact more with KUER.

KUER 90.1 is partnering with Voices for Utah Children and KUED to host a screening of Frontline's Second Chance Kids. Followed by a panel discussion moderated by Edward R. Murrow Award-winning reporter, Whittney Evans.

Join us Thursday, July 13th, from 7:00pm-9:00pm at The City Library located on 400 South 210 East, SLC, UT 84111  

This episode of Frontline explores the fight over the fate of juveniles in prison for murder, following a landmark Supreme Court ruling. The panel will consist of prosecutors, defense attorneys, and foster care professionals.
