America is home to the poor, huddled masses, and refugees continue to stream into the U.S. away from persecution in their homelands. A new article in the Mother Jones magazine says that along with these refugees, hundreds, possibly one-thousand torturers are also in America, fleeing from prosecution for their crimes.
