Salt Lake City, UT – State lawmakers continued their battle yesterday, against what they see as a federal government overstepping its bounds. They also pushed forward with concrete steps on Utah's own health care reform project. But first, lawmakers got news that Utah's 2011 budget will be $50 million less than originally forecast. That's largely because consumers are still spending cautiously despite an increase in their incomes. KUER'S Jenny Brundin reports on what the news means for the state budget.
