Salt Lake City, UT – Another plank in the state's 10 year plan to end chronic homelessness is prevention. Many government-run institutions - jails, prisons, hospitals, mental health facilities, and the foster care system - often release people directly into homelessness. A number of pilot programs are exploring if there's another way. KUER's Jenny Brundin continues our series on homelessness with a look at one program aimed at men who are at high-risk of becoming homeless.
