Washington, D.C. – Republican congressional leaders on Capitol Hill have decided against awarding Utah another seat in the House of Representatives. Lawmakers mulled the idea of increasing the size of the House by two seats. To accomplish that, they would grant the District of Columbia representation...and balance it with a seat in Utah.
