Salt Lake City, UT – By the end of this year, an estimated 750 Utahns will be diagnosed with colon cancer. 240 will die from it. But many people are still squeamish about getting a cancer screening,a procedure called a colonoscopy. What better way, then, to get people to relax about this most important organ than to take a trip inside a massive replica -- a giant inflatable colon. Visitors to the Discovery Gateway children's museum last week were greeted by this novel exhibit. KUER's Jenny Brundin brought an expert along when she paid a visit.
