Salt Lake City – -Yesterday on Utah's Capitol Hill from bongs to candy bars - legislators weighed in on a range of issues that impact children. Also - Senators voted on a bill to radically change how Utah's top judge is chosen. But first, state lawmakers will hear a bill at noon today that overhauls retirement benefits for state employees.
