Salt Lake City, UT – In the future, you might be able to buy a drink on election day in Utah. Current law prohibits it, but a change in the law is having an easy time in the legislature. There's also a change proposed in the amount of liquor allowed in a single drink.
A significant change in the process used for creating Utah's state budget is also being proposed, and the stage could be set for a big battle later in the session. KUER's Dan Bammes reports.
