Salt Lake City, UT – Bite Sized is a series about food that airs the first and third Monday of each month on KUER. Producer Beth Hoffman wants us to stop and think about the artistic, environmental and cultural connections we have to cooking and eating. This week, Hoffman brings us to the Jewish Community Center for a traditional Passover meal, a holiday that commemorates the exodus of the Jews from Egypt. Many Jewish families in Utah will have the ritual feast tonight. But last Thursday, the National Jewish Women's Council organized a Seder for seniors in the community.
