Salt Lake City, Utah – Wednesday, we're talking about Utah's rivers and the collision between public access and private property. The Utah Stream Access Coalition has filed two lawsuits disputing a 2010 law limiting access to streams crossing private property. The coalition says that one of America's oldest rights is the public's ownership of natural resources like water and fish. But property owners say they have the right to protect their investments and to control who crosses their land.
