Salt Lake City, UT – Thursday we're rebroadcasting our conversation with development economist Lant Pritchett about his intriguing and controversial idea for helping solve global poverty. Ten years at the World Bank gave Pritchett a realization that the standard trade and aid solutions weren't enough. He says to the world's wealthiest economies: You really want to help impoverished people around the world? Let them in your country. Pritchett was in Utah earlier this year, and joined us to talk about his proposal for a guest worker program of epic proportions.
