Salt Lake City, UT – For 20 years, composer Phillip Bimstein has been part of the rural community around Zion National Park. The park is marking its 100th anniversary this year, and for Bimstein, it's the perfect opportunity to celebrate not just the landscape, but also the history and the people who are part of it. Phillip Bimstein has set some of the stories of Zion to music, and Tuesday, he joins us - along with the musicians of Red Rock Rondo - to explore the people and the place.

This Saturday, May 9th, there will be a special screening of the film Red Rock Rondo at the OC Tanner Amphitheater in Springdale, Utah. The screening is at 8:00 p.m., but there'll be events throughout the afternoon as part of the Southern Utah Folk Life Festival. For tickets and information, click here or call 888-880-5885.

Red Rock Rondo will on KUED-Channel 7 Thursday, May 21 at 8:00 p.m. with a repeat broadcast Sunday, May 24 at 6:00 p.m.
