1/4/10: After the Ice

By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City, Utah – Science journalist Alun Anderson says that if you want to see the most dramatic effects of climate change, you have to look North. In the next two decades, the Arctic summer ice will be completely melted, taking with it animals like the polar bear that depend on the ice for their existence. It will also mean big changes for humans, not just in the Arctic region, but across the globe. Monday, Anderson joins Doug to talk about the winners and the losers that will come after the ice.
