Salt Lake City, UT – About 3,000 Iraqi-Amercians are expected to travel to Pomona, California from Western states -- including Utah -- to vote in the Iraqi parliamental election. In Iraq, large numbers are expected for Thursday's vote. What does the election mean for Iraqis during continued war and American presence?
