Salt Lake City, UT – A couple of years ago, Kris Winsness was fed up with the US judicial system. In an act of frustration, he burned a smiley face on an American flag and hung it up in front of his garage in Salt Lake County. The question is whether he should have the right to express himself by defacing the flag. Today the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments in the case.
