Vote on 4th Seat Delayed in House

Washington, DC – A poison pill amendment kept a bill to give Utah and the District of Columbia new seats in the U.S. House of Representatives from coming to a vote yesterday. That gives at least one member of Utah's delegation, Congressman Rob Bishop, more time to think about a tough decision -- backing a process he disagrees with to achieve a goal that would benefit his home state.
