Salt Lake City, UT – Pamela Atkinson is a community activist with a long history of work on behalf of Utah's homeless. Utah taxpayers have an opportunity to contribute to a fund named for her on their state income tax forms. KUER's Jenny Brundin talked with Pamela Atkinson about how that money is helping to change the lives of chronically homeless people.
