Utah Set to Repeal Tuition Break for Undocumented Students

Salt Lake City, UT – Students who are undocumented immigrants would no longer be able to pay in-state tuition at Utah's colleges and universities under a bill passed by a House committee yesterday. Another bill was considered would strip illegal immigrants of the right to drive legally in Utah. And, Senators passed a bill that would make smoking in a car with a child 5 and under a secondary offense. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
