Utah & No Child Left Behind

Washington D.C. – Congress is debating the reauthorization of the controversial No Child Left Behind Act this year. That's the federal law mandating that all of the nation's children read and write at grade level by 2012. One big battle looms over children with limited English skills and whether they should be tested in their own language.
