Utah Legislature - Day 45

Salt Lake City, UT – Undocumented workers in Utah will soon not be able to get a regular driver's license, and a bill quietly going through the legislature could have a big impact on Utah's state budget for years to come. But first, Utah lawmakers appear poised to delay the passage of a bill that places Utah priorities over the mandates of the federal No Child Left Behind Act, the law mandating that all children in public schools perform at grade level in reading and math by 2014. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
