Salt Lake City, UT – Utah lawmakers took up a number of controversial issues on Monday (2/14), including phasing out unused sick leave for state employees and whether to let cities use photo radar to catch drivers who run red lights. But the big news was a Valentine's Day surprise -- new revenue estimates showing they have $121 million more in state revenue to spend in next year's budget. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
