Salt Lake City, UT – The long and contentious battle to ban hotter radioactive waste from Utah -- the so-called B and C waste -- is coming to an end. All that's needed now is the signature of one man -- Governor Jon Huntsman. And round one of building the state's $8 billion dollar budget took place last night, with a few surprises.
