Utah Legislature - Day 25

Salt Lake City, UT – On Utah's Capitol Hill, state senators advanced a controversial bill to let patients choose doctors outside their regular health care networks. And House lawmakers voted to keep the right to "sneak a peek" at how their colleagues vote after floor debates. Also yesterday, lawmakers once again killed a bill to establish and effective hate crimes law in Utah. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
