Salt Lake City, UT – On Utah's Capitol Hill Tuesday: A sobering visit from Utah's two U.S. senators. Also -- a sweeping change in the way Utah's public schools are funded is headed to the Utah House. But first,the scramble is on as lawmakers decide what items from a $1 billion dollar wish-list they'll fund. That's if there's any money left after taking care of pay raises for teachers and public employees. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
