Washington, DC – Talk of natural disaster brings to mind floods, earthquakes and hurricanes. But another weather pattern can be just as devastating: Drought. Although Utah has had a very wet year - Some lawmakers on Capitol Hill are looking ahead and recommending the creation of a national drought monitoring system.
