Salt Lake City, UT – A Utah state legislative task force has been meeting since May of 2005 to review the Government Records Access and Management Act. Four bills are being introduced this session to amend GRAMA, and opponents worry that new limitations on e-mail disclosure will hinder citizen access to the workings of elected officials. RadioWest looks at the impact pending legislation would have on personal correspondence and the public's right to open government.
