Salt Lake City, UT – Utah has a rich and well-established arts community, and an integral part of that is the art critic. His or her role, however, can be imagined in a number of ways. Is it the job of the critic to foster the arts or is his responsibility to the arts consumer? Doug Fabrizio talks to dance critic Marcia Siegel, NPR's film critic Bob Mondello, the Salt Lake Tribune's Sean Means, and Art Theory Professor Lane Relyea of Northwestern University.
