The School Tuition Tax Break proposal seeks to give parents a tax break on private school tuition, allowing for more choice in education, smaller public school classes, and more money to be spread among a smaller amount of students. Critics aren't confident it can work, they say the proposal will have unintended consequences that will hurt schools in Utah.
