Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah legislature will be looking at bills in the current session that have been worked out over the past two years by two governors and a legislative task force. But one Republican legislator has a simpler idea. Representative Jim Ferrin simply wants to cut the state's top income tax rate. KUER's Dan Bammes reports on that and other legislative action Monday.
