State Surplus: Your Money, Your Choice--Part II

Salt Lake City, UT – Utah lawmakers will be grappling with priorities for spending as they get down to business in this legislative session. And with the state's growth and some recent good economic news, legislators have a one-billion-dollar surplus to divvy up. A poll commissioned recently by KUER, KUED and The Salt Lake Tribune tried to find out where Utahns want the money spent. KUER's Tasha Cook reports on two of the highlights - strong support for education and boosting the minimum wage.
