Rosanne Cash live at Kingsbury Hall

Have you read the love letter that Johnny Cash wrote to his wife June? Last week it was voted as one of the most romantic letters of all time.

Johnny oldest daughter, Rosanne Cash, will play live with her band at Kingsbury Hallthis Saturday, February 21. Her newest album, The River and the Thread, is a collection of songs that connect Cash with the American South  - the place of her birth and the home of her ancestors.

Written with her longtime collaborator, producer, guitarist and husband John Leventhal, the album reflects journeys through the Southern states, with stops at William Faulkner's house; Dockery Farms, the plantation where Howlin' Wolf and Charley Patton worked and sang; and her father's boyhood home in Dyess, Arkansas.
