Salt Lake City, UT – Efforts by students to improve environmental practices at the University of Utah led to the creation of the Office of Sustainability on campus in 2007. Myron Willson, an architect and planner who's taught at the U for years, is the new director of the office. He takes over seven months after Its first director, Craig Forster, was killed in a fall while hiking in Zion National Park. Willson told KUER's Dan Bammes that Forster will be hard to follow.
