By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City, UT – Clara Bingham is the author of Class Action, a book that chronicles the landmark sexual harassment case brought by Lois Jenson against the Eveleth Mines in Minnesota in 1988. Her victory marked the end of a 25 year personal struggle and a dramatic shift for women in the workplace across America. Later in the program, we'll present an excerpt from our conversation with Utah Poet Laureate Ken Brewer, who died Wednesday at the age of 64.

Clara Bingham will speak tonight at 7:00 p.m. the Vieve Gore Concert Hall at Westminster College. Following her discussion, the Salt Lake City Film Center will screen North Country, a fictionalization of Bingham's work. For more information, call the Center at 801-746-7000 or visit them on-line
