On Election Day, Initiative One, or the Initiative on Nuclear Waste, was soundly defeated by Utah voters. But the defeat left many questions unanswered; what does the defeat say about Utah's view of nuclear waste and how will it factor in the future of nuclear waste storage? Also a lawsuit brought by Envirocare against a vocal proponent of Initiative One has many worried about the future.
