Salt Lake City, UT – Every member of Utah's legislature participates in funding decisions as part of an appropriations subcommittee. They have the responsibility of going through budgets line by line in this difficult budget year, deciding what those who depend on state government for medical care will have to do without. KUER's Dan Bammes has the story.
