Salt Lake City, UT – Utah lawmakers took action on two more budget bills yesterday, bringing the total to about $8.8 billion spent. Most of this year's revenue has now been spent -- what remains is the loose change that will be voted on in the final Bill of Bills sometime before the stroke of midnight on Wednesday.
