Legislature - Day 3

By Jenny Brundin

Salt Lake City, UT – A legislative committee passed a bill Wednesday (1/19) that sets up a sweeping set of guidelines for how courts determine who parents are, and whether couples can use surrogate mothers. They also signed off on a bill to help more children who live in homes where they experience domestic violence. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports from Utah's Capitol Hill.
