Salt Lake City, UT – Beginning teachers are on their way to a salary boost after House lawmakers narrowly passed a bill to do that. And two competing tax reform bills faced off yesterday -- one calls for a flat tax and the second limits the number of child deductions a household can take. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
