Salt Lake City, UT – In a committee room packed with health insurance executives and patients, lawmakers took up a controversial bill that would allow consumers to go to any doctor or hospital they choose, even if that doctor or hospital is not part of their insurance network. Senators on Utah's Capitol Hill, meantime, advanced a bill to ban smoking in private clubs. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports
