Salt Lake City, UT – Relief for commuters from northern Utah is one step closer to reality. After 3 hours of emotional debate, lawmakers finally signed off on a settlement agreement to build the Legacy Highway. It will travel parallel to the I-15 from Salt Lake City north 14 miles to Farmington.
