Salt Lake City, UT – The Middle East is suffering from dramatic declines in rainfall - as is Australia and many other parts of the world. Recently, an Israeli water expert addressed the Western Governor's Association in Park City. Eilon Adar is a researcher at the Zucherberg Institute for Water Research at Ben Gurion University in the Negev, Israel. Israel leads the world in water conservation and the development of water-saving technology. Adar spoke recently with KUER's Jenny Brundin.
