Salt Lake City, UT – Yesterday at this time, we aired a story about a program targeting Utahns leaving government run institutions like jails and drug treatment centers - men and women who are often released directly into homelessness. Getting them into assisted housing is the idea behind HARP, the Homeless Assistance Rental Project. This week KUER's Jenny Brundin brings us two success stories of men helped by HARP.
