The Utah National Guard has claimed responsibility for burning down three homes and forcing the evacuation of five thousand people in the southwest part of Salt Lake Valley. Despite a high wind warning from the National Weather Service as early as Friday, the military exercises took place during Sunday's dry and windy conditions, sparking a ferocious blaze.
