Salt Lake City, UT – Governor Jon Huntsman unveiled yesterday what he described as a "prudent" $10.6 billion dollar budget given the economic downturn. It calls for state agency cuts of up to seven percent beginning July 1, though public and higher education's cuts will be about half of that. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
