Salt Lake City, UT – During these tough economic times, the Utah Legislature has had to slash the budgets of state agencies. Utah's crime-fighting forensic laboratory did not go unscathed, which will mean the backlog of hundreds of crime investigations. KUER's Tasha Cook has this report:
