Washington DC – The Republican leadership of the Utah legislature met the deadline for acting on new district boundaries to give Utah a 4th seat in the U.S. House of Representatives this week, but the proposal was going nowhere in Washington, DC. KUER Capitol Hill Correspondent Chad Pergram reports.
