Salt Lake City, UT – One year after roof collapsed at the Crandall Canyon coal mine near Huntington, Utah, the state of Utah is back in the business of regulating coal mine safety. Scott Matheson, Junior was appointed by Utah's governor to head the Utah Mine Safety Commission. He spoke to KUER's Jennifer Napier-Pearce about the future of coal mining in Utah.
