This weekend on Books & Beats, Dan Nailen previews the upcoming concert by neo soul / indie poppers Fitz and the Tantrums and Betsy Burton reviews Emma Healey’s first novel, “Elizabeth is Missing” (Harper) – where we meet Maud, an octogenarian whose mind and memory may be slipping, but nonetheless - she continues her search for her dear friend Elizabeth who seems to have disappeared.

Betsy Burton is the co-owner of The King’s English Bookshop and Dan Nailen blogs about music and culture at SLCene.com.
