Tanlines performs at Urban Lounge on Sunday, July 5.

Milan Kundera has been nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature more than once.  In his latest novel, The Festival of Insignificance(Harper), the host of a party hides the truth about his cancer from the guests, and Joseph Stalin’s life is adapted to Marionette theater.  Betsy Burton says, “The party and its aftermath, past memories of women, not to mention Stalin and his stooges, summon up the banality of evil and yet enchant on every page.”

Austen Diamond has been on the road a lot lately, and he’s found a great new band for you to take on your next long haul.  Tanlines performs at Urban Lounge on Sunday, July 5th.  Go to the show and bring them along on your next road trip.

Earlier that week, one-man-band Scott H. Biram will also play at Urban Lounge—Tuesday, June 30.

On July 4th, Provo’s Freedom Festival brings rock legends Journey to headline the Stadium of Fire event at Lavell Edwards Stadium.
