Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah House of Representatives passed a resolution urging drivers not to leave their cars idling, but not before it was amended to take out a reference to "greenhouse gases." And legislators from the Jordan School District are hoping to ease the pain of budget cuts for students there. KUER's Dan Bammes reports.
